No such thing as Web 2.0?

You can't take a trend to market.

Seems to me that Web2.0 has become a kind of synonym for innovation, the inference being that if your web company isn't Web2.0 it's not innovating.

Love this post because it states the bleeding obvious: Create a product that is compelling to a market.

The thoughts on popularity as a (non)measure of quality seem intuitive, if not obvious, but I think this sums up the value of user generated content perfectly:
